Accroding to Gunniess World Record, an America woman called Cathie Jung has the smallest waist in the world. With the height of 1.72 m (i.e. 5 feet and 8 inches), Cathie's waist was measured as only 15 inches or 38.1 centimeters in 2011. This is about the size of the jar of mayonnaise.
