Which country sent the least athletes to compete in 2012 Summer Olympics?

Around 10,500 athletes from 204 NOCs (National Olympic Committees) took part in London 2012 Olympics. While Britain, America, Australia, Germany and China are the top 5 nations sent the most athletes, the following eight countries are the ones who sent the least athletes (2 each) to compete.

  • Sierra Leone
  • Gambia
  • Mauritania
  • Bhutan
  • Somalia
  • British Virgin Islands
  • Nauru
  • Timor-Leste
