Madonna, 55, and dancer Brahim Zaibat, 25, were dating for 3 years and broke on December 2013.
They started their relationship in 2010 while working on Madonna's "MDNA" World Tour.
Madonna has stated that reason of their split has been the conflicting work schedules.
