Sadly no! Wine does have some health benefits if you only drink a little, but it doesn't count as a fruit or vegetable despite being made of grapes.

Nearly all fruits and vegetables do count, though, so it's not hard to reach that target. One of the few vegetables that aren't part of your 5 a day are potatoes, because they are mainly carbohydrate. They're still good for you, but the vitamins and other nutrients you get from other fruit and vegetables are lacking in potatoes. So if you had, say, two portions with your lunch (quite easy if you had a bit of salad and a piece of fruit) you would need three vegetables with your dinner apart from potatoes, unless you also had another piece of fruit or a vegetable snack at some point.

The easiest way to calculate a portion size is to think whether something would be a handful if it was on your plate ready to eat; but you can get more exact measures, as well as tips and meal ideas, here.
