LDLs (Low-Density Lipoproteins ) are bad cholesterol as they carry cholesterol from the liver to the cells of the body. They can cause heart ideas.

On the other hand, HDLs (High-Density Lipoproteins) are good cholesterol as they carry excess cholesterol back to the liver, which stope fat building up in the arteries.
