Born on December 9, 1916, the film legend Kirk Douglas married twice in his lifetime and had four sons. When he was 27 years old, Kirk married to Diana Dill in November 1943 and had two sons together: Michael Douglas (b. 1944) and Joel Douglas (b. 1947). The marriage lasted for about 8 years and the couple divorced in 1951. Three years later, Kirk marred to Anne Buydens who is a German American producer. They also had two sons together: Peter Douglas (b. 1955) and Eric Douglas(b. 1958).

Unfortunately, the youngest son Eric Douglas died in 2004 at the age of only 46 due to drug over dose. So far, Kirk has seven grandkids.
