There are three designers - Jonathan Mak Long, Chris Thornley and Farzin Adeli who all had the same concept of the logo. However, none of them has got the copyright although Adeli has already filed a copyright claim. It wont be easy to get the copyright though as the original logo is owned by Apple who won't let its recognisable logo get compromised.
