The longest ever Keepie Uppie was performed by a British football freestyler called Dan Magness, who managed to juggle a ball continuously for 26 hours in June 2010 in Hong Kong. The rules are that you can't touch the ball with your hands but can only use your feet, shoulders, head and legs.
For 7 years before that, the record was just under 20 hours and was held by a Brazilian, Martino Orige.
Dan Magness is also the only person ever to have juggled a football around every Permier League stadium in London, covering 36 miles in total. As well as his sporting prowess he is a well known personality who appears regularly on TV and does a lot of work for charity, including offering football coaching to children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Keepie Uppie may have its origins in the Japanese game of Kemari, when a team have to work together to keep a ball in the air for as long as possible.
