Kim Kardashian has three full siblings. Her two sisters are called Kourtney and Khloe, and her brother is called Robert. Robert is named after their father, and their mother is called Kris, which is probably where they got the idea of giving all the children names beginning with K.

Kris Kardashian is now married to athlete Bruce Jenner, giving Kim one stepsister, Casey and three stepbrothers Burton, Brandon and Brody (from Bruce's previous marriage), and two half-sisters, Kendall and Kylie.

So in total she has: two sisters, one brother, one half-sister, one stepsister and three stepbrothers. Eight altogether if you count it like that. Several of her step and half siblings appeared in the reality show that made the Kardashian family famous.

Just to add to the confusion, her most recent (and now ex) husband was another Kris - athlete Kris Humphries in this case.
