Yes, during their 12 year relationship, which ended in 1992, they had both adopted and biologial children, although they never actually lived together.

The two adopted children were Dylan Farrow, who later changed her name to Eliza Malone, and Moshe Farrow, who changed his name to Moses. Their biological son, born in 1987, was named Satchel Farrow but changed his name to Ronan.

Mia Farrow had earlier been married to musician Andre Previn. They had three children and adopted three more. When Allen and Farrow became involved he never legally adopted any of Farrow's children, but was very much a part of their lives. There was a great scandal in 1992 when it was discovered that Allen had started a relationship with Soon-Yi, one of Farrow's adopted children, who was then 20 while he was in his mid-fifties.
