Kim Kardashian has one child so far. She gave birth to her first child, a daughter, very early in the morning on 15 June 2013. This is the first child in her relationship with the rapper Kanye West. It was a bit of a surprise as the baby wasn't due for at least another month. However, there was enough warning for Kanye West and Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, to join her in the hospital.
The little girl has been named North, so she will be called North West - this may seem unusual, but celebrities tend to give their babies odd names as you can see here.
North is said to be in good health. As a premature baby she was rather small - the latest news is that she weighed just under 5 pounds when she was born - and had to be put in an incubator at first, but no health problems have been reported and the new parents have now taken her home.
