Kim Kardashian has been married twice so far. Her first marriage was in 2000, to Damon Thomas, a music producer. She was 20 at the time. The marriage ended in 2004. After this Kardashian was involved with several men, but there were no permanent commitments until May 2011, when she became engaged to Kris Humphries, a basketball player with the Brooklyn Nets. They were married on 20 August of the same year.

The marriage lasted just 71 days; on 31 October Kim Kardashian filed for divorce. Kris Humphries is contesting this and is asking for an annulment instead, on the grounds that it was never a real marriage as she only married him to get her name back in the media.

Meanwhile, Kardashian is involved with rapper Kanye West and the internet is already full of rumours that they are considering marriage, although nothing has been officially said yet.
