In his younger days Brad Pitt was quite well known for
dating his co-stars. He was briefly linked to actresses Jill Schoelen and Robin Givens, and to the more famous Juliette Lewis, though her career was just starting at the time. However, his best known and most public affairs have all
been since the mid-1990s.

In 1994 he became involved with Gwyneth Paltrow; typically for Pitt's romances, she was another of his co-stars (this time in Seven, which also starred Morgan Freeman). They were together for three years and became engaged, but broke up in 1997.

He began dating Jennifer Aniston the following year and they married in 2000.
This lasted 5 years. There were no children.

Even before the divorce there were rumours that Pitt was involved with Angelina Jolie, and soon afterwards they began dating. They have been together ever since and have six children, both biological and adopted. They are planning to marry soon, having announced their engagement in April 2012.
