As you can see from this map, the areas most at risk from tsunami are in east and south Asia and the western United States and western areas of Latin America. Other speicific areas, like Morocco and Turkey, could also be in danger. The risk of tsunami of course is on or near the coast, so it is the coastal cities that are in the most danger.

This means that for Japan several cities could potentially be affected, as it is an island country where no place is very far from the coast, but the greatest danger is on the east coast. In China, coastal cities like Shanghai could be affected, while in India there is a possibility of tsunami in Pondicherry. To the west, the western cities of Central America are at risk. In the US, it seems that the city most in danger from tsunami would be Los Angeles.
