The term O.M.G actually is very old and is not created by Paris Hilton or some teenage girl. The first use of O.M.G can be dated back to 1917. It was found in a letter written by John Arbuthnot Fisher to Winston Churchill before him became British Prime Minister.

Fisher wrote: 'I hear that a new order of Knighthood is on the tapis — O.M.G (Oh! My! God!)— Shower it on the Admiralty!!'
