As of 25th September 2012, Fabio Jose Silva Coelho, Google's president in Brazil is under arrest by a regional judge's order. The reason for that is because Google refused to take down Youtube videos requested by authorities.

Google justified their refusal by saying that they are not responsible for the contents on their sites although its responsibility for the contents has been causing problems lately.
