If you are planning to work for an employer, rather than going on business, you need to apply for a Z visa (a business visa is F). You will only be granted such a visa if you already have a promise of employment with an employer who is approved by the authorities. This employer will also need to prove that you have the right qualifications for the job you want to do, so you must be ready to show these.

You should ask your prospective employer to start the process for you. He or she can then send you the necessary documents (a permit and a notification letter) which you then submit along with your application. However, even if your application is successful, the visa is only valid for 30 days. At the end of that time, you and your boss will need to apply for a temporary permit to stay longer.
