I can't find any reference for the Chelsea FC supporters nickname.
The players are called "the blues" for the colour of their kit and also "the Pensioners" because of the club's affiliation with The Royal Hospital Chelsea retirement home for many years.
So I suppose the Chelsea FC fans could be called by these names: Blues or Pensioners.
