The best way to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles is to do it yourself. Just sit and squeeze the muscles gently, without tightening your stomach or any other muslces. Do this 10 to 15 times and then rest. If you do a few sets of these every day, you will soon get strong enough to hold each squeeze for a few seconds. Build it up gradually and
after a couple of months you should notice an improvement. You should make these exercises a permanent part of your routine; you can do them anywhere at any time.
