To become a volunteer at Sochi 2014, you have to be fluent in Russian and English. You also have to be over 18 at the beginning of 2014 but no older thatn 80. For more requirement, you can check here.
You can make application online. It is a very simple form which only takes couple of minutes and all you need is a valid and unique email address.
