Under the heading 'lHow to get a legal separation in England and Wales' you will see a link to a form. You can download this form, complete it online and print it. You will need three copies - one for you, one for the court and one for your partner.

When the form is ready, if you go back to the first page again and go to the next heading 'Find a court, you can click on the link given there and you will be able to get the address of the nearest court to you. You can send your form there, and you can also find contact details for any other questions you may have.
