Based on the level of respect or formality, you can say "My muscles are sore" in Korean in 3 ways:

  • Informal: geunyuktong-i itseo (근육통이 있어)
  • Formal: geunyuktong-i itseoyo (근육통이 있어요), geunyuktong-i itseupnida (근육통이 있습니다)
  • Very Formal: geunyuktong-i itseupnida (근육통이 있습니다)

- my: na-eui (나의), nae (내), jeo-eui (저의), jae (제)
- muscle: geunyuk (근육)
- sore: apeuda (아프다)
