It is not yet confirmed whether the new Macbook Pro will have this feature. A lot of users hope that it will, and according to some Apple support communities, Apple are thinking about doing this based on feedback - so if enough users contact them to ask for touchscreen, they will probably get it, if not with the next generation then probably the one after. As of summer 2012, Apple were still undecided about the merits of touchscreen, so now is definitely the time where some input would be likely to have an effect. Of course, plenty of people prefer a keyboard anyway - ideally you would be able to choose between them.
