Based on the level of respect or formality, you can say "My hobby is cooking" in Korean in 3 ways:

| Formal | je chuimi-neun yori-hagi-yeyo | 제 취미는 요리하기예요 | |
| Very Formal | jeo-eui chuimi-neun yori-hagi-imnida | 저의 취미는 요리하기입니다 |
- my: nae (내), je (제), na-eui (나의), jeo-eui (저의)
- hobby: chuimi (취미)
- cooking: yori-hagi (요리하기)
