You can say '我有高血压', meaning I have high blood pressure. The pronunciation is 'wǒ yǒu gāo xuè yā '

  • 我 (wǒ) means I or me
  • 有 (yǒu) means have or has
  • 高 (gāo) means high
  • 血压 (xuè yā) means blood pressure
  • 血 (xuè) means blood

You can also say '我血压很高' (wǒ xuè yā hěn gāo ). This can be translated as 'My blood pressure is quite high'.
