Dorothy Richards and Marjorie Ruddle who are the two sisters having an aggregate age of 213 years, three months, and 27 days, are confirmed by Guinness World Records Spokeman as the "highest combined age of two living siblings".

The two sisters are born in Northampton, England. Dorothy is born on 15 December 1903, and currently 108 years old. The younger sister Marjorie is born on on 21 April 1907, and currently 105 years old. Both of them have several kids and grandchildren. For more information, check here.
